Refund Policy

EVENT AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as “Client,” agree that LuxeLens will provide photobooth services to the best of its abilities, in the manner described in this Agreement. This is a binding contract, which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement.

SERVICE PERIOD

Pursuant to the responsibilities of the Client, LuxeLens agrees to have a photobooth operational for a minimum of 80% during this period; occasionally, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the photobooth.

RETAINER AND PAYMENT

The Client agrees to pay LuxeLens the full amount for the services rendered. Payment must be made exclusively by credit or debit card through our secure online payment processor. LuxeLens will provide the Client with a payment link via email, and payment must be completed in full within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to pay the invoice in full within this timeframe will result in the forfeit of the Client’s reserved date and time, and LuxeLens reserves the right to offer the appointment to other clients. Additionally, LuxeLens may withhold deliverables or refuse service until full payment is received.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Any request for a date, time, or location change must be made in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance of the original event date. Changes are subject to photobooth availability and the receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the requested alternate date, time, or location, the Client’s reservation shall be forfeited, and no photobooth services will be provided.

Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation occurring less than 30 days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received, and no refunds will be issued.
